How do I find a new Channel?
For the techno brave...
- Search the internet to find a webpage that advertises "live webcams", or similar.
- When you find a page with a live image, choose "View Page Source" or "View Frame Source" to look at the actual HTML source code.
- Dig through the code until you find the URL that points to the image. Copy the URL and paste it into the browser and load it - you should see just the image pop up.
- Find the number that indicates the refresh rate. Often this number is on the web page. If not, it is often buried in the META REFRESH tag for non Java cams. Java cams often have the number in a tag. Javascript pages often have the number burried in the local variable.
- Enter the parameters below.
For the feint of techno-heart...
- Find the URL of a web page with a webcam. Copy it from your browser's "address" bar.
- Enter the parameters below.
